Our Story

Most smart locks are built for residential homes—not the fast-paced, high-turnover world of hospitality. After more than a decade in the industry, we’d tried them all. We wrestled with systems never meant for hotels or resorts, patching together workarounds just to make them function. Eventually, it became clear: hospitality deserved better.

At 33 years old, we decided to build it. That’s how 33 Lock was born—a purpose-built access control solution, designed from the ground up for the unique demands of independent hotels, motels, resorts, and the wider world of hospitality.
